Caroline Vincent

Managing Partner

Caroline (°1972) holds a MSc degree in Engineering (1996). Her fields of expertise include Business Analysis, Process Analysis, Functional Analysis and ICT Methodology.

Caroline has been active in ICT Consulting in the public sector since 1999. In her current assignment with the VDAB (Flemish Unemployment Agency), Caroline forms the link between the Business and the ICT department. She consolidates and summarizes the Business' explicit and latent needs and translates them into actionable roadmaps, requirements and specifications that enable the ICT department to serve their customer - the Business - in an optimal way.

Before founding enlucid, Caroline was groomed as consulting expert in major ICT consulting firms such as CSC (Computer Sciences Corporation), DCE Consultants and SBS (Siemens Business Services).

Prior to her consulting career, Caroline was a professor at the Leuven Institute of Technology Group T where she taught Material Sciences, Digital Design Methodologies and Control Systems.

Besides being passionate about ICT Consulting, Caroline enjoys all social dancing, more in particular Salsa.

Kurt Vanderlinden

Managing Partner

Kurt (°1972) holds a MSc degree in Engineering (1995), a Postgraduate in General Management (1999) and an International MBA in General Management from Vlerick Leuven Gent Management School (2005). His fields of expertise are Strategy, Business Development and Marketing.

Kurt's current activities include providing management services where he can apply his extensive business acumen to help his clients create enterprise value.

In his current assignment with a major Belgian fixed and mobile incumbent telecom operator, Kurt is Portfolio Marketing Manager for the TV Category (both IPTV and Mobile TV). In this role, Kurt's responsibilities include P&L, Consumer Value Proposition, Content, Pricing and Promotion. Furthermore, he drives Go-to-Market and Product teams for the TV Category.

Prior to enlucid, Kurt built a remarkable 12 year track record with Alcatel-Lucent where he held several Project Management, Consulting, Business Development and (Strategic) Marketing positions. Kurt was instrumental in creating the IPTV market as it exists today, both for Alcatel-Lucent as for the Telecom Industry at large. During his career at Alcatel-Lucent Kurt gained extensive international experience: he lived and worked in Madrid - Spain, Paris - France and Bangalore - India.

In his spare time, Kurt can often be found on the golf course where, as in his professional life, he seeks excellence. It must be said however that the latter seems to be more elusive on the golf course than in professional life.
